Company VITAR , s.r.o. follows in all its activities fundamental ethical rules and it always strictly respect agreed conditions and valid legal norms. Any employee acting and negotiating for VITAR company must follow these rules. The word of the employee is the word of VITAR. We guarantee our customers high ethical manners. 

  • Our employees act in respect and on basis of professional ethics with our purchasers, suppliers and other people as well as with each other.
  • Our employees cannot offer products of the company to any third person, which could directly or indirectly lead to getting of unjustified profit or could be considered as a bribe.
  • VITAR company follows all the rules related to OSH, FS and environmental protection in accordance with applicable legislative.

1. RELATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS

  • We consider the fairness and the equality in respect to our customers the priority of a successful and stable business realtionship.
  • Corrupt practices of any kind are considered inadmissible.
  • All the information about customers is considered strictly confidential.

2. RELATIONS WITH SUPPLIERS

  • When we purchase inputs, services etc., we use only legitimately recognized business methods. We never misuse our position on the market.
  • We respect all agreed contractual arrangements and payment conditions.
  • All the information about suppliers is strictly confidential.

3. RELATIONS WITH BUSINESS ASSOCIATES

  • Our annual company reports are truthful, accurate and timely.
  • We regularly inform our business associates about our trade policy, achieved results and prospects.

4. RELATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES

  • Relationships with employees are based on respect for the dignity of each human being.
  • We hire and promote employees based on their competence to the job without any political, racial, religious or ethnic discrimination, regardless of gender, age, marital status, or disability, which is not related to the work assignments.
  • According to the best traditions of the industry we try to create a hygienic and safe working environment, a favorable working atmosphere and conditions for increasing the professional level of employees.
  • We provide regular rewards to our employees as well as regular payment of wages within the agreed deadlines.
  • We do not tolerate sexual, physical or psychological harassment of employees.
  • We preferably use the negotiation procedures for dealing with the potential labor disputes.

5. RELATIONS WITH THE STATE AUTHORITIES, GOVERMENT AND REGION

  • In our business activities we take into consideration the interests of a wider social sourroundings including the national and regional interests.
  • We make sure to keep our accounting in a proper manner and to pay our  financial obligations to the state authorities and local governments on time.
  • We also support the development of sports and culture. We keep an active charity policy.

6. ATTITUDE TO THE ENVIRONMENT

  • We have a permanent interest in improving the quality of the environment.
  • We participate actively in the elimination of consequences of our business and by adapting technological processes we try to minimize the impact on the environment.

7. RELATIONS WITH COMPETITORS

  • In competitive activities we act vigorously but with fairness.
  • We do not damage the reputation of our competitors.
  • We do not attempt to obtain information about business competitors dishonestly.
