Magnesium and vitamins B1, B3 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function. Vitamins B2, B3 and B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE CONTENT: magnesium malate, anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate, filling agent - inulin, nicotinamide, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin.
CAPSULE SHELL INGREDIENTS: plant-based HPMC capsule, zinc oxide.
Dosage
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE: adults 2 - 4 capsules daily, drink down with enough water. Not intended for children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintain a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
