For calm falling asleep, quality sleep and relaxation - a complex of lemon balm, valerian and hops supplemented with L-theanine, magnesium, vitamin B6 and melatonin. Magnesium contributes to the normal function of nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal psychological function.

INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE CONTENT: magnesium bisglycinate, green tea leaf extract, lemon balm leaf extract, valerian root extract, hops cone extract, filling agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, melatonin.
CAPSULE SHELL INGREDIENTS: plant-based HPMC capsule, zinc oxide.
Dosage
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE: adults 1 - 2 capsules daily before sleep, drink down with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not take on the same day as other products containing green tea. Do not exceed a daily intake of 800 mg of EGCG. Not intended for children under 18 years of age, people with blood clotting disorders, pregnant and breastfeeding women. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintain a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
