INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE CONTENT: magnesium malate, L-carnitine L-tartrate, Siberian ginseng root extract, Peruvian maca root extract, ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract, anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate, filling agent - microcrystalline cellulose, zinc citrate, sodium selenite, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, pyridoxal-5- phosphate.
CAPSULE SHELL INGREDIENTS: plant-based HPMC capsule, zinc oxide.
Dosage
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE: adults 1 - 2 capsules daily, drink down with enough water. Not intended for children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintain a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
