INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE CONTENT: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), nettle leaf extract, burdock root extract, L-ascorbic acid, filling agent - microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent – magnesium stearate, zinc citrate, sodium selenite, nicotinamide, D-biotin.
CAPSULE SHELL INGREDIENTS: plant-based HPMC capsule, zinc oxide.
Dosage
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE: adults 1 - 2 capsules daily, drink down with enough water. Not intended for children under 18 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintain a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
