Charakteristika
The extract from leaves of plantain (Plantago lanceolata) which is traditionally
used to calm down and support the normal functioning of the upper respiratory
tract. The plantain has positive effect on the respiratory and immune system, it acts
as an antioxidant.

Dosage
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSAGE: children from 3 to 12 years 10 ml (one table spoon) daily, adults 10 ml 1–2x daily. Shake well before use. Possible turbidity, which is caused by content of natural extracts is not harmful. Once opened keep in a cold place and use within 2 months at best.
