Joint nutrition and regeneration

As a preventive measure:

Suitable for cats and dogs from 4-5 years of age, with long-term use for large and heavy dog breeds; those that do regular physical exercise (e.g. canicrossing and agility); rapidly growing puppies; and animals with obesity. Administer for 3 months followed by a month’s pause in treatment.

For therapeutic treatment:

Suitable for animals that have undergone orthopaedic surgery, and for those diagnosed with conditions such as hip dysplasia or osteoarthritis. Applicable for painful conditions affecting locomotion. Can be administered continuously.

VITAR Veterinae ArtiVit Syrup contains substances that are crucial for the nutrition of joints. Since it is a syrup, animals consume it easily, even if dosage is given for a long period. Cats and dogs accept it without issue.

It boasts five core mechanisms for the following benefits:

  1. Nutrition of joints and joint capsules (glucosamine sulphate 2KCl and chondroitin sulphate)
  2. Anti-inflammatory properties (MSM – methylsulfonylmethane)
  3. Lubrication of joints and joint capsules (hyaluronic acid)
  4. Restores damaged cartilage (hydrolysed collagen)
  5. Pain relief (boswellia serrata)

Dosage

Small and medium dog breeds of up to 20 kg            5 ml/day

Medium and large dog breeds of 20-40 kg                10 ml/day

Large dog breeds of 40-60 kg                                    15 ml/day

Standard dose: 5 ml per 20 kg of body weight

Dosage for cats: 5 ml in total, split over three doses per day
